Hello and welcome to the Crate Paper Blog today. It’s me Sandra and I’m sharing a cute handmade notepad and pockets to keep little notepad papers. I used the wonderful Magical Forest Collection, a piece of gray board, book binding glue, a strong magnet, and the Pocket Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers. The Clothes Pins from Magical Forest are just perfect to decorate notepads. And with their cute animal faces, they make crafting really easy and fun.
How to notepad: Cut a piece of gray board (I used size 4x8). Cut a patterned paper and use book binding glue (or double-sided tape) to cover the gray board. Adhere a piece of paper onto the back. If you want to create a magnetic notepad, add a strong magnet onto the back.
Next, glue one of the Clothes Pins from Magical Forest onto the front of the notepad. I used very strong double-sided tape. Finally, add some notepad papers and decorate the notepad with a pretty fabric bow and a die-cut shape. Stick your magnetic notepad onto a pin board. Here is my version of pin board. I made this board myself during a crop two years ago.
How to notepad papers: Since you cannot have enough journaling cards and notepad papers, I created three decorated pockets to keep my handmade journaling cards. I grabbed the Pocket Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers and made three little pockets with patterned papers from Magical Forest.
Next, I used stickers, the acrylic stamps from Magical Forest, and washi tape and created some cute and nice journaling cards.
Last but not least, I decorated the pockets with Clothes Pins and ephemera pieces. I really LOVE how cute these pockets are.
I hope you like my cute handmade notepad and pockets and feel inspired to create your own. Wishing you a lovely and creative day!
Yours,
Sandra
