Hello and welcome to the Crate Paper Blog today. It’s me Sandra and I’m sharing a Christmas Confetti Cards inspiration. I’m happy to show you how to create fun and special Christmas cards with confetti details. Confetti is great to decorate the front of cards and also the inside. I used the Confetti Punch from EK Success to punch the confetti from patterned papers and from gold glitter paper.
Card No 1: The first card has three circle see-through windows with confetti elements. How to: First, cut a card from patterned paper (6”x4”). Punch three holes into the cover with a circle punch. Second, punch confetti from patterned paper with the EK Success Confetti Punch.
Third, cut a piece of acetate foil (just a bit smaller than 6”x4”). Add double-sided tape onto the acetate foil. Fourth, scatter the confetti onto the foil. Fifth, adhere the card cover onto the foil. Finally, decorate your card with stickers and a tag from Snowflake.
Card No 2: The second card consists of two items. The first one is a slip-in pocket card. The second item is a cute shaker card to fit inside the pocket.
How to Card 2: First, grab a card from the Snowflake Boxed Cards Set. Second, sew the card along three sides, leaving the right side open. Third, punch a notch into the right side with a circle punch. Fourth, punch confetti from gold glitter paper. Fifth, cut a piece of acetate foil, and scatter the confetti onto the card. Sixth, sew the acetate foil onto the pocket with your sewing machine.
Seventh, create a small card to fit inside the pocket. I used acetate foil, delicate lace, confetti, stickers, and puffy stickers to make the card.
Card No 3: Cut a card from patterned paper (4”x6”). Attach a handmade wreath made from the Snowflake Pine Branches. Then add a car chipboard sticker and a title.
When the card is opened, the surprise is about to start. There is a confetti bag inside :). How to Card 3: Punch the confetti from patterned paper with the EK Success Confetti Punch. Next, grab a small glassine bag. And then put the confetti into the bag, seal it with washi-tape, and attach the bag onto the inside of your card. Finally, stamp a sentiment onto the paper right below the glassine bag with the Snowflake Clear Acrylic Stamps. And your done adding a nice interactive element into your card.
I hope you like my Christmas Confetti Cards inspiration with the cute Snowflake Collection. Wishing you a lovely and creative day!
Yours,
Sandra
