Heritage String Tie Envelope Mini Album

Hi, Ladies! I am so excited to share my string tie envelope mini album today. I have used the brand new Heritage collection by Maggie Holmes. I used a fun cut file to made this cute box with envelope inserts. It's super easy to make these envelopes even with a template or using We R Memory Keepers Pocket Punch Board.

I have picked Allie 12x12 Paper for the box and Elsie, Library, Decades 12x12 Papers for envelopes.

 

 

After I cut out the string tie envelopes with die cut machine, I have added a reinforcements what I cut out from Library 12x12 Paper. I fixed the wholes with tiny white eyelets and added a string of coral embroidery floss to hold together the envelopes. I have decorated the covers with stickers from 6x12 Sticker Sheet, Clear Sticker Book and 12x12 Chipboard Sticker Sheet.

 

 

I decorated the cover of the box the same way. I adhered a chipboard camera and a girl cardstock sticker along with a pretty butterfly. I love the clear sticker phrases, the fonts are beautiful. I have flipped the envelopes inside the box and close it with the same coral embroidery floss I have used for the inserts.

 

 

I am showing you a few ideas about what can you hold in the envelopes. I have cut apart the Recollection 12x12 Paper and got pretty tags, die cut pieces. You can stack these into the envelopes along with photos. You can write journaling on tags or adhere photos on the back.

In the picture, you can see I have kept my Grandmother's photos in one of the inserts. The Heritage collection is perfect for old black and white photos because of its vintage look.

 

I also made a tiny accordion mini album from Recollection 12x12 Paper. In the album, I have framed a photo. I kept it simple but still decorated with some pretty stickers.
