Spring Scrapbook Layout with Flora

Hi Crate Paper Fans! Flóra is back today with a new spring layout. I used the Maggie Holmes Sunny Days collection which you can buy in JOANN stores. Yay! You will find something new, the Project Pad. This includes patterned papers, stickers, matching cardstocks and even glitter papers. I love the idea that a whole pad includes everything you need for paper crafting. For my project, I used this pad along with other goodies from the collection. This time I documented our weekend trip to Rome. Since this happened this Spring, I decided to add tons of flowers.

 

 

I chose Splendor Paper for my background. It has a fun black dots frame what is super cool. I fussy cut flowers from Apple Blossom Paper. It took me a lot of time and patience but fussy cutting is the most relaxing activity for me. After the cutting was done, I adhered the cut outs on the top of the page using foam dots and double-sided tape.

 

 

I also fussy cut butterflies from Blissful Paper and 6x8 Paper Pad. I scattered them between the flowers. I placed the photo in the middle and decorated around. I used stickers from Project Pad, Ephemera pieces, Clear Sticker Book, Charm and 6x12 Sticker sheet. I love to combine different types of embellishments as the little details will make my page more attractive.
