Hi! It's me, Sandra. And today I'm sharing three pretty handmade pillow boxes. I used papers and embellishments from the Flourish Collection, which is available at Joann Stores now. The pillow boxes are great for giving little gifts. You can use them to hold pens, washi-tape or sweets. And the fun thing: they are really effortless to make.
To make the pillow boxes, I used the Pillow Box Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers. First, I grabbed three of the pretty patterned papers from Flourish. Second, I followed the instructions how to make the gift boxes. The instructions come with the board. And you can make pillow boxes in different sizes.
Second, I used beautiful embellishments to decorate the pillow boxes. TIP: I used a heat gun to glue the embellishments onto the box. This way you can make sure that all decoration pieces stay on the box.
Furthermore, I used a doily on one of the boxes to add a more playful feel.
In addition, I made a pretty paper flower from the cardstock that comes with the Flourish Project Pad. The pad is great!!! It includes patterned papers, stickers, glitter paper and cardstock.
To round up the boxes, I also added some cute word stickers and leaves stickers.
Last but not least, I hope you like my pillow box inspiration with the Flourish Collection.
Have fun creating today!
Yours, Sandra
