Hi! It's me, Sandra. And today I'm sharing a cool and fun DIY project: a handmade treasure box. The box holds four Spring Cards and three handmade notebooks. I used the super-cute and fancy All Heart Collection to create the box and the little treasures inside the box. Are you curious to find out what the things inside the box look like?! Let's have a look.
I made the box with greyboard, book binder glue and patterned papers from All Heart. I love bookbinding projects. And I really like how this handmade box turned out. When you open the box, you'll find four cards and three little notebooks inside.
Notebooks - How to:
The All Heart Collection comes with some really pretty boxed cards. When I took out the cards, an idea came to my mind. Why not make some cool notebooks from these cards?! It's fun to make them and you can never have enough notebooks, right?!
And here are the easy steps to make the notebooks:
- First, pick your favorite cards from the Boxed Cards
- Second, cut a stack of 10 sheets of light-weight white paper for each card.
- Third, fold the paper and put it inside the card. Trim off any excess white paper with your scissors or a cutter.
- Next, use the Book Binding Guide from We R Memory Keepers to bind the notebooks.

Now, let's have a look at the four cards I made. Since All Heart is a very young line with fancy patterns and cool embellishments, I had a lot of fun putting together these cards.
Basically, I cut patterned papers (6x8 inches) and folded the paper to make four 4x6 cards. Then I added a variety of embellishments like the fun see-through frames and a charm from All Heart, chipboard stickers, glitter hearts as well as sequins from my stash. And here is a final photo of the things that I created for my treasure box.
I hope you like my treasure box inspiration with All Heart. Have fun creating today!
Yours, Sandra
