Hi! It's me Sandra here on the Crate Paper Blog today. Get ready for a new DIY project. Let's welcome Fall with a decorative handmade paper wreath. Grab your favorite patterned papers from the Willow Lane Collection and make beautiful blossoms and delicate leaves. And arrange these to create a pretty decorative wreath.
The base of the wreath is a paper ring that I cut with my cutting machine. For the petals and leaves, I used beautiful patterned papers from the Willow Lane Collection and pre-made cutfiles. I made three large blossoms and two smaller ones.
If you don't have a cutting machine, you can cut the petals by hand. You can find templates on the Internet. Just search for 'petal template' or 'flower petals template'. Download the templates and start making blossoms as you like them. In addition, cut a variety of leaves. My tip is to cut a lot of different leaves to have enough at hand to decorate the wreath.
Last but not least, I used foam pads, liquid glue and a stapler to attach the blossoms and leaves onto the paper ring. Make sure that the stapler clams are not visible.
I hope you like my Fall craft inspiration. Have fun creating with the Willow Lane Collection. Yours, Sandra
