Welcome to the Crate Paper Blog today. It's me, Sandra, and I'm sharing a peek into my craft space. It isn't huge. I just have a little corner in our living-room. And it holds all the crafty materials and tools that I posses. Because I have to store everything in this limited space, it looks a bit crowded and not as styled as other spaces. However, I'm proud that I found a way to store everything efficiently and effectively in here.
When I sit at my desk, I've got a metal rack from Crate Paper right in front of me. It holds the things that I'm using the most: scissors, stapler and other small tools, adhesives, and paper scraps.
To have a bit aesthetics in my craft space, I created a fun mobile that hangs from the ceiling.
I use clear storage boxes to store papers and embellishments. It's a time saver when I'm looking for a particular thing, because I can see what's inside. The boxes can be stacked, which is perfect for using the small space available. And I'm using label stickers at the front to put down the name of the collection that's inside each box.
The tool that I'm using to cut paper, chipboard and other materials is right next to my desk. It's a large cutting tool and I don't want to miss it.
On one of the walls I've got two small wooden boards that hold my washi-tape collection and some decorative crafty projects that I created. I'm storing my washi-tape rolls in acrylic containers that were originally intended for storing eyeglasses.
I hope you enjoyed this little tour of my craft space. Even if you've got only limited space, there are ways to store supplies and materials efficiently and effectively. And as a crafter it's quite easy to add just the right amount of decoration to create a charming and functional space.
Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful day.
Yours,
Sandra
So cute and functional! Love your space!
I'd love to know what you have stored in the clear boxes above your white shelf and where those clear storage boxes are from :)
