Hello CP fans! It's my great honor to share with you my first page with the wonderful collection CAROUSEL by Maggie Holmes. A very colorful collection with touches of black and gold, cute patterns, such as rides, kites, hot air balloons... I'm already in love with it (as with every collection of Maggie Holmes and Crate Paper)!
The first page is always difficult with a new collection, because you have to make a choice with the magnificent papers. Each collection includes a wide selection. They are more beautiful than the others! As usual, I opted for white cardstock for the background. Then I selected a nice floral paper, a paper with colored garlands and a black and white paper to stand out with the black and white photos.
First I pasted my papers from the largest to the smallest and I added a strip of white crepe paper to mix the materials and bring a little thickness. I chose to place the photos in the center and sliding under the die-cuts too cute (ticket vendor, decorated tag).
On the left side, I also stacked rounds of rides with a stapler and a nice ice cream with 3D foam.
In the last step, I added the beautiful yellow label "You are wonderful" and the beautiful black and white fabric bow. And a little higher a button and a golden star. So cute!
This new collection CAROUSEL will be perfect for scraping your days in the park, the circus or just a beautiful family day.
And you, what will be your first creation with this wonderful collection?

I'm going to make a mini album with it, and can't hardly wait to get my hands on it.
