Hello! My name is Jessy Christopher. I am 35-year-old stay-at-home mum & scrapbook enthusiast in Malaysia. Married to my husband, Eric for 10 years now and we have a beautiful daughter named Katelynn + an addition to the family coming August 2016. I have been scrapping since the end of 2007. I started off with digital & hybrid scrapbooking and finally ventured into paper scrapbooking early in 2008.
What I love the most about creating is the freedom to express myself. There are no boundaries and I can do whatever I want on my projects. I enjoy creating layouts, cards, Project Life pages, gift packaging and mini albums.
My name is Laetitia, I'm 33 and I live in France in a little village with my partner Yoann and 4-year-old daughter Lisa. I've always loved photography and stationery, so when I discovered scrapbooking in a magazine article in 2007, I was immediately attracted to this new hobby. I haven’t had a hobby since I started working and started scrapbooking gave me a world of good and helped me through a difficult period. I love so much to create, share my passion with other scrapbookers around the world with my blog, social networks and see what's new or new techniques. I’m so happy to continue the adventure with Crate Paper this year. This is by far my favorite brand since their first collections. I'm still like a child on Christmas day when I discover the new collections.
I've never been very manual, but scrapbooking is not complicated. Just let your imagination run free! The important thing is to make memories and do good when creating. I love making layouts with favorite photos, capture a series of photos or a particular day in mini album, save the everyday moments that you capture with the smartphone in my Project Life, prepare pretty packaging for gifts to give... It’s fun for yourself and makes others happy.
It’s so hard for me to choose my favorite Crate Paper collection. I love them all so much. But I really liked NOTES ANS THINGS with the rub-ons, cards and color palette and OPEN BOOK collection with designs and the versatility of the embellishments.
What I like in general in Crate Paper is originality and beautiful products.
Hi! I am from Southern Alabama, near the Gulf Coast. We are a family of five, and I have been married to my hubby, Tyler, for almost 17 years this June! Our three kids are Madison, Emma and Reese. We have been home schooling for the past five years, and love the flexibility it gives our family. Some of our favorite things as a family, are going to the movies, day or weekend trips, and any kind of festivals throughout the year!
I have always had a love of art, and having some type of creative outlet. As an adult, I discovered scrapbooking, and the hobby and I just clicked! I see papercrafting, as an equivalent to chefs who create great dishes or designers who create beautiful clothing. It's my version of taking items and products, to put together a unique and original finished project. Scrapbooking for me isn't just a hobby, it's a part of my lifestyle. I enjoy the whole process, whether it's taking photos, creating sketches, designing cut files, thinking of layout ideas, or creating the layout itself. It's definitely my happy place!
It's always so hard to choose a favorite, from so many amazing collections. I would have to say, that Notes & Things has definitely been one of my favorites, though. This collection includes some of my most favorite patterned papers ever, including the Reminder patterned paper and the Schedule patterned paper. I still have several sheets saved...or hoarded...because I just couldn't bring myself to cut them up!!
