These Do-It-Yourself Party Favors from CP Gal, Marie Lottermoser, are some of the sweetest treat bags we've ever seen. They make for great party decor, too!
I recently needed a last minute idea for bridal shower favors, and came up with these little candy bags made with Notes & Things. The collection worked so well for this because the colors and patterns go beautifully together, but the individual elements are eclectic enough that each girl's treat had it's own unique style.
To make these yourself, just fill a small cellophane bag with the candy of your choice. Make a bag topper by folding a piece of patterned paper (cut to size) across the top. I attached the bag toppers with a small stapler, but you could also sew these shut.
I included everyone's name by printing them out on a strip of vellum, and then layering them on top of the bag toppers with labels and stickers.
On some of the favors, I added either a rub-on or sticker right on top of the bag for a fun extra detail.
Perhaps my favorite part of this project was doubling the use of the favors by using them as name cards at each place setting. There are so many ways you can use these favors including baby showers, birthday parties, and family celebrations...the possibilities are endless!
Gorgeous Marie!
