When Christmas rolls around, I usually head straight to my go-to colors of red and aqua. This year, I'm breaking with tradition, and adding pink to the mix. All of the women in my life (teachers, girlfriends, neighbors) will be receiving pretty pink packages this holiday season!
The teacher gifts include simple gift cards packaged in pink holders decorated with snowmen. For my friends, tiny matchboxes filled with gifts, transformed by a strip of pink vellum, velvet ribbon and a glittery snowflake. Lastly, for my neighbor, I'm sending along photos taken at a party earlier this year. They look much more special when wrapped in pink cardstock and housed inside a vellum envelope.
After wrapping all these beautiful gifts, I thought 'why not display them together on a small tray?' I spread a little translucent plastic snow around and carefully arranged the gifts on top. The gift assortment is now a part of my home's Christmas decor until I hand them out!
