Last week, Crate Paper brought you 'thank you' cards from the Crate collections you know and love. This week, it's about capturing everyday gratitude. Giving voice to valuable memories before they are forever gone. How many times have you thought, "Thanks for the memories?" when approached by a moment you had nearly forgotten? How precious the good times are - take a moment to preserve them just like our CP Gals are doing this week. Be thankful 'on paper'.

Hello CP Fans! It's Magda today with you to share a short video tutorial about my love for patchwork. When I was a little girl, my sister made patchwork quilts for me all the time. They were cozy and I adored them. They were also perfect for keeping me warm during the Autumn months.
In persuing the topic, I tried to transfer the concept of patchwork onto an actual scrapbook layout. You'll see in my video that I wasn't very precise about it because I trimmed scraps of paper with only a scissors. Still, I sewed them down, added an assortment of embellishments, a title, two photos and a couple of paint splatters. In the end, the patchwork looks cute and cozy..and all because it's crafted from Crate's pretty collections.
This layout is about a great forest expedition taken with a friend. We had so much fun together; picking leaves, sharing beautiful Fall moments, and enjoying our time to just be there, amongst the woods and mother nature. Looking back, I'm thankful for such days!

Patchwork and Fall go hand-in-hand. Create your own with paper just as I have done here, and don't forget to include your favorite Autumn photos!
Gorgeous layout. Love the design and video!
