Hello, Hello! We're finally at an end after a remarkable week of having the opportunity to connect with our blog readers and their homemade Crate Paper creations. Honestly, if we could do this everyday, we would..in a heartbeat! You guys have made it sooo easy for us to personalize this place in a way we've never done before. We're predicting that for 2011, Crate Paper will devote more space to "YOU"!! So keep them submissions coming, especially following the release of our new collections! Speaking of which, we're expecting to premier the new collections around January 19th (give or take a few days) on our blog! Believe it or not, and this is big news, we've produced FOUR brand new collections this time around! We're pretty much guaranteeing that you're going to LOVE them too - they're perfect for Spring and are some of our favorite collections to date! We can't wait to share them with you - do mark your calendar as the premier is only a few short weeks away!!
Let's finish up the last of the layouts, shall we? Here are our final favorites....
Nadia actually sent us four layouts, but this one and the one we posted yesterday are by far our favorites of the bunch! She has a sensational knack for layering and texture and her use of color is magnificent! There's so much to peek at here...
We had been meaning to show this layout for the longest of time, though the exact right moment never presented itself. Being that today's the last day of the customer appreciation event, we though, "Why not post it?!" This adorable layout was sent to us from Mandy Starner!
We love our international blog readers! This is a second layout from Maria Jesus Villatoro Munoz - the first was shown yesterday. Her work is so vibrantly colorful and we feel the same can be said about her photography. This image of her "mum" is simply beautiful!
Casey Wright's flowers are what drew us to her layout - just look at the way she casually displays them along the bottom of her layout along with a few of our brads..they're so cute that we had to share them!
Now this is a first time in Crate Paper's history that we've been seen next to a major comic book illustrator! We didn't have to second guess posting this layout from Amy Bannon - we're suddenly feeling really cool over here! Crate Paper & Comic Books!
We're always amazed when our collections make it to the other side of the globe - this intricately designed layout and wall hanging were sent to us from Amy Koziarek in Poland. She and her family recently visited an adventuresome dinosaur park together and grabbed a few rip-roaring images while there..must of been so much fun!
Another first for us - a shaker card! Kerri Yarus created the card via her cricut machine and then pieced it together using patterned papers from our Snow Day collection.
If you're a card maker and ever have the chance to work with our collections, we'd love to peek at your cards! Seriously - we love cards just as much as layouts! This beautiful card set is from Melissa Samuels - they're newly created and recently debuted on her blog!
We've reached the end folks! This doesn't go to say that we won't be posting more of your work in the very near future, but our customer appreciation event has met it's last day. We promised one more giveaway today...we've another set of three kits to send to one of you! Similar to yesterday, leave a comment referencing your favorite project from this week and we'll announce our winner next Monday! The person that manages to collect the most votes (for favorite project), will win a deluxe set of Crate Paper goods!! We'll begin the vote count early Monday morning..tell your friends to visit us and vote for you if something of yours has been posted this week - good luck!! Hint, Hint.
Again, our biggest thanks to all of you for your support of Crate Paper - we appreciate and value your creative endeavors in using our products and look forward to bringing you another round of fresh, new collections in 2011!
Wow! There are so many stunning projects today! I love, love, love all the layering! If I have to pick a favorite I'd have to say it's the 2011 Resolutions framed project by Amy Koziarek. I can't get enough of projects done with Restoration and this is just so lovely!
