This is amazing you guys!! Your projects keep rolling in at the Crate Paper office and we're working steadfast to review them all! We must of received a record number of submissions yesterday..never have we seen our inbox so full before! Thank-you ten times over to those of you whom heard our call and responded with your heartfelt Crate Paper creations. Because there's plenty to present today, we're going to jump right in and shine the spotlight on Snow Day. This collection has probably been our second most popular collection thus far of 2010 - it's bright, lively colors make it a less-than-traditional Winter/Holiday line-up, though because of this major unique factor, it's applications are vast and varied! As proof, take a look at the magnificent projects below....
The happy grins and peanut butter acorns made us smile when we saw this layout from Diana Brodeur. We swear, these have to be some of the cutest faces we've ever seen!
This card was spotted on "Two Peas" (yes, we routinely hunt for CP projects there!!) a few short days ago - it's maker is Danielle and she offered to let us share it with you - thanks Danielle!
Them Christmas mornen' pictures are always unforgettable! Line the kids up in front of the Christmas tree with their stash of gifts and hope that everyone is peeking at the camera at the same time when you go to snap the button. It's a miracle if no one manages to blink or look away...Frances Sylvia pulled it off just perfectly - both the layout and card are her creations!
Melissa Theisse orchestrated an entire "holiday town" from Snow Day! Aren't the buildings adorable? Look at the pearl brads she used as doorknobs!! Too stinken' cute..love it.
As long as the special "poop" treat comes with Crate Paper, we're loven' this fun party favor! Laugh. They're sent to us from Lowri in New Zealand :)
Crepe paper is one of our favorite crafty materials and this is the first time we've seen it used in conjunction with Snow day. These lovely cards found their way to Crate from talented designer, Piradee - a frequent contributor of ours from Singapore!
Robyn Schaub's handmade items are as "cute as a button", aren't they? The candy canister reminds us so much of our "Candy" patterned paper.
Sarah Andreotti was inspired by Davinie's non-winter/holiday use of the Snow Day collection - so much so that she recreated her own "non-winter" version of a Snow Day layout! This layout premiered at the famous scrapbook website, A Cherry on Top, during their DT reveal - congrats Sarah!
Using layer upon layer of Snow Day patterned paper and embellishments, Stephanie created her "first-ever" December Daily mini album!
Another Two Peas in a Bucket find, our Snow Day collection found it's way to New York City and in front of the Rockefeller Christmas tree all thanks to Yara Freytes! You guys look like you were having a wonderful time while there - love the family picture!
And last but not least, we've a folder-style mini album from Marie-Nicolas - each of the sections open up to reveal individually stamped tags.
So, how we doing in the sharing of your work so far?! We still have three more days to go, so don't despair if you haven't seen your project here just yet! If it's any consolation, we've devoted Thursday and Friday to extra's, so make sure to email us your stellar CP projects before then - we'll even throw in a prize, how about that? We'll pick one project from this week to win a whole bunch of Crate Paper goodies..winner to be announced Friday!
Wow...fabulous projects! I can't pick a favorite. They're all amazing!
