Claudia here with my interpretation of "A Crate Story" - I knew right away that I wanted to showcase my lil' pooch, Luna. My hubby and I had always wanted a lil pup and so recently, we took it upon ourselves to add to our family. In following the "Crate Story" format, I focused on journaling solely to her growth and welcoming her into our home! She's still growing of course, but I wanted to document her as time goes by. So, here I am with a mini-tag album featuring her sweet-self, plus lots of Crate Paper goodies.
In creating the album, I simply modeled the size by a large tag I had handy. I also chose to go the simplicity route as to keep the focus on the journaling and pictures. As you can see, throughout the pages, I embellished with brads, stickers, and all papers exclusive to Crate's perfectly sized 6"x6" paper pad! I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am for the mini paper pad - I naturally gravitate towards them for projects just like this one. The designs are scaled down appropriately, and you don't end up wasting tons of paper.
So, if in the market for a mini album, pull out one of Crate Paper's 6"x6" patterned paper pads. Trim the pages to whatever size you want and go about creating a really simple, but still adorable mini album. Not only will it save you lots of time, but it'll make sticking to the task at hand that much easier.
Maybe now you'll be inspired to make something similar - this format could be applied toward numerous themes! Give it a try, and see for yourself! Thanks for checking in!
